We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 and for orders under $150 Standard Shipping is $15. 

We dispatch via Australia Post. USPS will handle clearance and delivery on arrival. All USA tariffs are included.

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery and 10-15 for rural areas. 

Express Shipping is a flat fee of $20 for all orders and sent Australia Post Express with local delivery handled by USPS. All USA tariffs are included.

Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery and 7-9 for rural areas.

Delivery days are approximates and exclude any clearance delays due to reasons outside of our carriers control.

Any unclaimed items that are subsequently returned to sender, will not be eligible for any form of refund. The company will be significantly out of pocket from shipping costs (both ways) and pre paid tariffs which we are unable to claim. 

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be notified by our carrier with tracking information and kept up to date with the progress of your delivery. The tracking number will also work on USPS website who will handle the local delivery so please use this method to accurately track the parcel status.
