Please note that shipping costs for resending exchanged item(s) are not covered and will be payable once your return has been received.

We offer store credit on full-priced items and sale items discounted by up to 25%, provided they are returned in their original condition. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, less the original shipping cost incurred by us. To proceed, please complete a return request form.

Items discounted by 30% or more are considered clearance sale items and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. All clearance purchases are final.

For international returns, please note that any duties, taxes or tariffs paid on your order are non-refundable, as these charges are set by your local government or customs authority. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs back to Australia are also non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

If delivery is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes or tariffs, the original shipping cost incurred by us, together with any return-to-sender charges, will be deducted from your refund.

For all orders processed via PayPal that are eligible for a refund, 4.5% in PayPal merchant fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. This deduction does not apply to exchanges or store credits.

All ISLA products are crafted to a high standard and undergo multiple quality control checks before dispatch. If you believe your item has arrived faulty, please contact us at hello@islalabel.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear images of the issue. Once reported, the item must be returned to us within 7 days for inspection by our team.

Pulling of threads, fabric deterioration, colour fading, and other signs of wear and tear over time are not considered faults.

Please take care of your item by following the instructions set out in our Care Guide.

If our quality control team confirms that the item is faulty, we will provide a replacement or refund, along with reimbursement of the return shipping cost. Returns must be sent via regular registered post, not express post, and a copy of the shipping receipt must be provided for the postage cost to be refunded.
